   Sandy saw Rohan coming along with his dog wonder. "Hai  Rohan doyou have any other information regarding the stolen medicine case" he asked.    "I think you are all so much interested in solving the case" said Rohan smilingly. "Right now I do not have any information but if I come across anything interesting I will let you know." By the way i am going to go the exhibition going on in the Green Meadows colony. Would you like to join me  We can return in an hour or two.  It will be fun filled. " said. Rohan. "Sure let's all go. "

         The exhibition was crowded with with people. The young and old seemed to enjoy themselves with the different rides and games. Some of them were  enjoying their favourite snacks in the  food outlets. Many ladies were busy shopping the different varieties of sarees and dresses displayed on different garment stalls. Discount or absolutely free captions on some stalls lured many customers.  "I feel like having hot samosas now Does anyone want to join me ?" asked Rohan.  "Why not we all would like to try " said. Vikky immediately. They all entered a food stall and ordered four plates of samosas and cooldrinks and sat down to have them.
"2 plates of pizza and burger for parcel for 23CSSA"  shouted the a server boy looking into the kitchen section. All the four heads immediately turned towards the server boy. He looked simple and nothing special but the person beside him surprised them. It was Guddiya the servant maid standing there waiting for the parcel. One more person was also surprised to hear the order. He was none other than Ranveer the police. . 
  "So that is what 27 CSSA means some apartment.  Let's move silently from here and find out where the apartment is. " whispered Sandy softly to others.  The same  thought was running in Ranveer mind..

'So  that is reason behind the disappearance of that medicine. ' whistled Nani .  'What should be our next step'. asked Vikky.  'Let's go and talk with the watchman. He might give us some information. '.  '. He will be sleeping in his hut. Let's go now.'  Watchman had just then got up and was having his evening cup of tea.   He was happy to see and ready to volunteer the information he knew. 
 ' See boys  I will tell you what I know.  Today morning when I was about to leave for home I saw a person coming limping to the medical store. He was bleeding.  I tried to talk to him but he was reluctant. I thought he got hurt by falling downing  or hitting himself and felt sorry for him but  now I know that he is a criminal I am no longer sorry.'
   'How was he to look ?' asked  sandy eagerly.  He was very slim 5'6" tall wearing a jeans pant and grey shirt. He had a short beard and his eyes were piercingly sharp . He had a small scar on his right forehead.'
' Did you tell all this information to the police. '   Vikky asked.
  Of course I told. But I forgot to tell one thing   He talked to someone from the  land phone in the medical store and said  27 CSSA  kept the phone immediately.  '
' Thank you kakka. This is really important .  we will leave now . '
  'I cannot make out head or tail from this message  What does this 27CSSA mean. 'said Nani in a confused voice.
It is some form of code language we have to decode it. Let's think about it. ' said Vikky.
'27 might be his ID no. CCSA  may mean call sir sometime afterwards.' tried Sandy . 
A good try  but it might not be correct.' said Vikky.
  'It might be the password for any locker where he had hid some precious things.might be jewels. '. Or  a password for some software. '

THE SOLVING OF THE SEDATIVE DOSE MYSTERY

                     ''Ma.... I am going to play in the basket ball ground. '' shouted Nani  as he tied his shoe lace.
              '' can you get me some medicine before you go to play.  My head is aching and I am unable to do any work.''
            '' Ok I will get you some pill. '' replied loudly Nani as he sped off his bicycle. His brand new 'Rockstar' bicycle slided smoothly on the cemented road  and he reached the chemists at entrance gate of  his colony in no time.  This colony at a distance of 15 kilometers from the heart of the city had all necessary facilities needed for people to live within it so that people didnot run here and there for anything in emergency. It housed about some five hundred families from different walks of life.  It had greenery on all sides,   walkers paths,  swimming pool, playground for children a yoga center, a herbal clinic,  beauty parlours for both men and women besides primary facilities
                  By the time  Nani  reached the chemist, a few people had gathered there and there seemed to be comotion every where.
'' What has happened  Gupta uncle '' asked Nani as he parked his bicycle under the shade of a tree beside the chemist shop.
 '' Some one has stolen an important and costly medicine from the shop. '' replied Gupta  the owner of the bakery next to the chemist.
   '' Has any one informed the police.?  Anwar check if something else is also missing. we may have to tell the police.''  said Jacob uncle  to Anwar the chemist.  Is it an strip of pills or bottle of medicine that has been stolen and for what purpose is it used. ''  questioned Jacob.
       '' It is a dose of anesthesia the sedative medicine that has disappeared and it is very dangerous to use it outside without proper guidance of a registered doctor '' replied Anwar worriedly.  As he answered the people gathered there could hear the siren of police vehicle approaching them.

                       ''Look he is standing there '' said Sandy to Vikky. Spotting Nani  standing near the shop..   ''Wonder what he is doing there. come on let's go and find out.'' Vikky replied.  A lot of people had already gathered and police were trying to send them away after interrogating each one.
'' some one has stolen a costly medicine from this shop. '' Nani gave the information to vikky and sandy.
          ''When did Anwar uncle notice it? who was there in the shop when the theft had taken place. Was it a man or women ?  What type medicine is it?'' Vikky started pouring various questions just like a police officer.
                    ''Shhh.... let's go to our cabin and discuss there. After that we shall do what we can to solve the mystery.'' said  Nani and sat on his bicycle. They quickly reached what they called cabin. It was actually in a small area adjoining Nani house . It was a triangular in shape and the Nani father  had left it open  without constructing any thing it  . His mother had planted a few trees in a row and they gave shade and also hid the cabin. The three friends had requested the colony carpenter and brought big planks of plywood  and created a room big enough for five or six people to sit . Sandy had got the seats from his father's old car and made them as sofas where as Vikky got a table fan and tubelight from his home give the electric connection from Nani's house.  A ll the three were studying their first year in the same junior college. while Vikky had taken science while the other two had taken arts.  They were good friends and all the three were quite interested in solving mysteries.  They , infact had a book shelf in their cabin wherein Enid blyton, hardy boys, Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes and even Perry mason books  were neatly arranged along with other books.
                      ''How shall we proceed?''asked sandy as he passed the Uncle chips packet to the other two. ''We will wait for an hour or so and talk to both Guddiya and Subbu.  Guddiya sweeps the floor there every day and Subbu is the watchman there . One of them should have certainly seen the thief in the morning.'' The trio played a game of cards after an hour started for the  bakery. . As they turned the corner they bumped into Guddiya the servant maid working in the apartment where the medical store was  present.  She seemed to be walking in a hurry and tension. she covered her face with her chunni so that noone could recognize her. 'Hey stop for a minute. we want to talk to you. '' said Nani as he stopped his bicycle right in front of her.
            ''Please let me go. I am in a hurry. I have to go to city to see my mother . she is not well.''said Guddiya in a voice which was about to break down. 'You can go . Dont worry. We want to know if you did see anyone today morning  when you were sweeping the medical store.  tell us what you saw.''
''No I did not see any one please leave me.  I have to go and see my mother '' so saying she walked very fast .
 Ok let her go. We will go and see Subbu.'' said Vikky and they started moving forward.  After a few paces Vikky suddenly stopped.  ''What happened Vikky? Why did you stop suddenly''
  ''Listen that is maria Guddiya's mother voice  She is talking to someone. ''said Vikky.
''Yes Even I can recognize it she works next to my house. '' said sandy excitedly

''Let's  go and talk to Gudiya's mother.  we might get some information.  I am eager to know why Gudiya  told such a lie to us about her mother.  Her mother seems to be perfectly alright. There is something fishy about it.''  Vikky said eagerly. All the three walked in the direction of the voice around the corner only to see  Maria walking very fast towards the next lane. They searched  for a while but could not locate her. I think she has again entered  someone 's house to do the household work. It is already two . I have to leave . My mother will be waiting for lunch.  See you both sharp at five in the evening at our cabin. ''  said Sandy.
     Yes we shall also leave I must also reach home quickly. Today my uncle is coming for lunch to my house. So let's meet at five.  said Nani.
 It was ten minutes to five when Sandy came out of his house on his bicycle. Around the corner he met Ranveer Das the inspector.    Ranveer was police in charge of that locality. He was an arrogant man not bothered about the weak and innocent people . He was always used to taking bribes and finishing the cases by booking innocent people instead of real culprits.
''How far have you come in today's stolen medicine case ,sir? '' asked Sandy as he cycled past him.
 '' It is one of your business. keep away from it. The thieves are very dangerous.''said Ranveer getting on his   motorcycle.
 We thought we could help you to nab the thief.''
 '' I don't need any help. I can catch him alone single handed. You better be away from this.'' Ranveer replied angrily The three friends were already out of terms with the inspector.  They had an argument with him the previous week regarding the breaking of the police station window pane while playing cricket in the grounds adjoining the station.Ranveer had vowed to take them into custody and complain to their parents but they were nearly twenty of them playing cricket. and so he could not charge anyone specifically. More over  Rohan the chief inspector's son had taken the responsibility on him and so Ranveer could not do anything.  Rohan was lively chap ready to help those in distress just like his father.  As Ranveer moved on  Sandy saw Rohan coming along with his dog  ''Wonder. ''  Wonder wagged his tail happily on seeing Sandy and Sandy gently patted him.
 ''There is no use talking to him. I can help you with an information. I heard dad talking over phone to someone that a criminal had escaped from prison.  But while he was escaping he was badly hurt by a bullet fired by the constable on duty.  might be he is hiding somewhere around and would have stolen the medicine to reduce his pain.''  Rohan gave this vital information.  Sandy was thrilled to hear this Now he could pass this to others. He thanked Rohan and started to the cabin.

SCIENTIST  VYAS

                       'Is every thing ready for our trip?' asked scientist Vyas to his assistant  Gupta.  ' Everything is ready,  sir. I have made all  arrangements'. Scientist Vyas inspected all the gadgets he had to take for conference for the third time. He seemed to be bubbling with energy at the mere thought of the conference.  'I am eagerly waiting for the conference. This time I have to prove that my invention is better than all others. My paper work is also complete and I have given a thought to all  types of questions that might be asked. I am worried about only scientist Morgans . He might try to create trouble.By the way have you changed the thyristor there?'  'Yes  sir I have changed it I have also checked all other components. all are in good working conditions.'said Gupta. They were conversing in their lab which was rather looking congested. It had all types of scientific instruments.neatly arranged. Now lets talk about our scientist .
                            He always had a urge to find something useful for the society. Till now he had tried to invent something innovative  but some or the other problem persisted. He was not successful. But after five untiring years of work he was able to invent a machine which could convert sound energy to electric energy. It worked successfully and converted even a small sound like that of creaking of a door to a high decibel sound like the one made by aeroplane into electric signals. When these signals were connected to electrical devices they worked.  In fact he had invented a device which could store these sound signals  and convert them  into electric signals when required.  He considered his invention as the best one  as the energy resources were depleting  man needed more and more energy in his daily life.  His invention dealt with  sound energy which was  a renewable source of energy.

                       He thought that if  govt encouraged him and patronized his device , it could be manufactured  at a low cost . It could be placed at different places like the busy streets,schools,  pubs, theaters etc where sound was produced in large decibels.  This could in turn be used for domestic electric consumption . He in fact wanted to  upgrade this device so that it could be used even in industrial sites. He had named his invention as 'Dhvanijuth' which meant electricity from sound. He was eagerly waiting to show the world his precious project through the  'ALL SCIENTIST INNOVATIVE RESEARCH MEET 'conference held at Delhi.

 SCIENTIST    MORGAN

                       Another person who eagerly waited for the meet was  scientist Morgans.. He was equally talented  and clever expect that instead of relying on his intelligence he relied on crooked ideas . This time too he intended to play spoil sport. He was not bothered about others but was worried only about scientist Vyas . He wanted to be one step above him. But instead of finding out a better invention he planned in the wrong direction with his equally vicious assistant
                       At last the D-Day arrived. everyone got ready to show cast their talent. Vyas also got ready to present his invention. at the same time Morgans was nurturing a bad plan.. He had arranged for  the snapping of electric supply and creating lot of chaios when  Vyas turn to present his invention had come . For this he had bribed the volunteers there and was satisfied that his plan would work and he could eliminate Vyas from competing. Poor man littile did he know that he had indeed made Vyas's  invention more successful by doing so. The moment electricity was snapped and lots of confused sounds started in the auditorium  Mr Vyas invention started working making it a grand success.  He had indeed helped mR Vyas to win the first position.
              Moral   Honesty is always rewarded while dishonesty is punished.
